If your Formula Wheel Add-On Ferrari SF1000 Edition does not turn on, is not recognized, we suggest that you follow the recommendations in this article to test it.
Make sure the Y/N switch is in the Y position.
1- Check calibration at startup
- Formula Wheel Add-On Ferrari SF1000 Edition must be firmly screwed to the servo base or Quick Release adapter (be firm but do not force tightening).
- Directly plug the power supply of the servo base into a wall outlet. Avoid using an extension cord or a power strip.
- Directly connect the USB plug of the servo base to a USB port on the PC or console. Avoid using a USB extension cable or a USB HUB.
The racing wheel servo base starts calibrating as soon as it is powered on.
For a Thrustmaster force feedback servo base (T300, TX, T-GT, T-GT II, TS-XW, TS-PC):
- The racing wheel should spin counterclockwise, clockwise and then back to the center.
- Then the LCD screen on the Ferrari SF1000 scrolls a Thrustmaster logo then a Ferrari logo.
Important : the Ferrari SF1000's LEDs will only light up when you are in the game.
For a Thrustmaster Direct Drive servo base (T818, ...) :
- The racing wheel rotates slightly on its axis, the LEDs on the Ferrari SF1000 light up then the racing wheel returns to the center.
- Then the LCD screen on the Ferrari SF1000 scrolls a Thrustmaster logo then a Ferrari logo.
