T.Flight Hotas 5 / 4: Game Profiles in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on PS5 After “Sim Update 6” update

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 has been updated, including changes to the game profiles for the T.Flight Hotas 5 and T.Flight Hotas 4 on PlayStation®5. You can view the details of this update by clicking the following link: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Release Notes (August 12, 2026).

The default "PS4" game profiles, used by the T.Flight Hotas 5 in Blue mode and the T.Flight Hotas 4, have been adapted to the Thrustmaster SDK.

• The T.Flight Hotas 5 in Blue mode will no longer be detected as a T.Flight Hotas 4.

• Custom profiles created before the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 update are no longer available on PS5.

For the T.Flight Hotas 5 in Blue mode and the T.Flight Hotas 4:

New default profiles are available on PS5, and you can create a custom profile.

For the T.Flight Hotas 5 in Red mode:

You must create a custom profile.
