When using the Ferrari 488 GT3 Wheel Add-On, Evo Racing 32R Leather or Hypercar Wheel Add-On wheels after updating to firmware version 2.04:

If you are using a T598 or T818 base and experience a sudden disconnection, a loss of Force Feedback, or see the message “No Wheel Detected” on the T598 display, it is likely that a cable was pinched during the Quick Release installation.

A mispositioned cable can cause intermittent issues such as loss of Force Feedback (FFB) or other anomalies.

Verification and Correction Procedure:

1. Check the connector insertion

Make sure the connector is properly plugged in.

2. Inspect the cable condition

Verify that it is neither damaged nor crushed.

3. Correctly position the cable

Place the cable in the designated round cavity to prevent it from being pinched again before reattaching the Quick Release.
