My T248 loses force feedback, the force feedback cuts out or changes

Force feedback works mainly thanks to your racing wheel's firmware. So first check that your T248 is up to date. On our website, you'll find the latest information on your T248's firmware and, if necessary, the firmware update procedure:

1. If your T248 performs high or low force feedback

It's possible that your racing wheel's force feedback is poorly adapted to the game and the force feedback it applies. You can therefore try rebalancing the force feedback settings and test your T248 with these new settings.

- Change the force feedback settings in your game. Increase or decrease force feedback to suit your situation.
- You can also change the force feedback settings in your T248 with the Mode button on the steering wheel, by accessing Force with the d-pad (for PCs and game consoles) or via the control panel (PCs only).




2. If the force feedback of your T248 cuts out or changes

The disappearance of force feedback can have several causes, such as time spent playing, temperature or connections. But it can also be linked to the game or your connection.

When I play, my racing wheel’s Force Feedback weakens, disappears or cuts off. My racing wheel can also heat up, or power off by itself. What can I do?
