How to install SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) on PC

Platform: PC natively running Windows 10/11


This article shows the steps to make sure your SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) works on PC.

Important:
SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) is officially compatible only with Farming Simulator 25 at the time of this publication. SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) must be used with a steering wheel.

1- Install the Driver

Make sure you have installed the Drivers - Package driver for your SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) on your PC. The link to the driver is available on our website in the Drivers section.

Restart your PC to validate the installation.


2- Connect the SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) to the USB on the PC




3- Check that the SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) is in PC mode

The mode LED lights up green 



Only the green coloured mode lets the SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) work on PC. If the LED does not automatically switch to green colour, please make sure that you have installed the driver and that you have restarted your PC.

Important:
LED uses different colours.
- Green is for PC only.
- Orange and Red apply on PlayStation 5 consoles only
- Blue is a default colour applied at the factory (it is not usable for playing).


4- Check that the SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) is in Right-handed mode

On device startup, the LED situated on the FarmStick grip must flash orange for 5 seconds.



If the grip LED flashes white, it means the FarmStick is in left-handed mode and it will not be recognized by the game.

To switch the SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) to right-handed mode
- Disconnect the FarmStick from the PlayStation 5 console
- Press and hold "R3" button (button 16 “Next” - orange highlighted below)



- Connect the FarmStick to the PlayStation 5 console while holding "R3" button
- The grip LED must flash orange 


5- Now that your SimTask FarmStick (Playstation) is installed you can connect your Steering wheel
